Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs USD 2.00 per hour.
